The Rhode Island Lottery is seeking a single vendor to provide comprehensive snow‑plowing, sanding, and optional shoveling services for its main and gated parking lots in Cranston, RI throughout the winter season. The contractor must respond 24/7, meet strict plowing completion windows, and maintain continuous communication with the Lottery. The scope includes plowing triggered at 2 in. snow depth, discretionary sand/salt applications, and optional hourly‑rate services for snow relocation and walkway clearing. Mandatory site visit required; insurance and vendor registration are also required.
• Snow‑plow depth‑based pricing (four depth categories) to be filled in by vendor.
• Sand/salt application per‑application rates and optional hourly labor rates for extra services.
• Service windows: main lot plowed by 5:30 a.m., gated lot between 9 a.m.–2 p.m. on storm day; sand/salt application windows defined for weekdays and weekends.
