County of Riverside Department of Housing and Workforce Solutions (HWS) Office of Homeless Services (OHS) Shared Housing Program

The County of Riverside Department of Housing and Workforce Solutions (HWS), Office of Homeless Services (OHS), is seeking proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFP) COARC-0038 for the Shared Housing Program. This RFP includes three distinct and independent solicitations. Proposals will be evaluated and awards made separately for each section. • The Shared Housing Program will have access to landlord incentive funding, including sign-on bonuses, and mitigation funds. • The program will not be fully operational until the platform is completed, but implementation activities will begin immediately upon award. • The County anticipates utilizing Housing and Homelessness Incentive Program (HHIP) funding to sustain the project. • Detailed deliverables, including program policies and procedures, will be developed collaboratively with input and guidance from the platform developer, shared housing consultant, awarded operator, and the Office of Homeless Services.
