Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Health Environmental Management Division, is seeking a qualified bidder to provide a quote on a new custom modular elevated aluminum platform with access stairway and OSHA-compliant railings and toe boards. The platform should be 10' x 20' x 5' in size, and the bidder should also provide two modular aluminum trailer access stair and platform assemblies. The materials should be delivered to the State of Hawaii Department of Health-Safe Drinking Water Branch laydown area. The bidder should have prior experience in providing and delivering mobile modular units. The scope of work includes furnishing and delivering the platform and assemblies, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and requirements, and providing a valid and current insurance policy.
