Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract

The Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries (DOGAMI) intends to award a sole source contract to BonSci Consulting LLC for the provision of specialized professional services in support of the Mineral Land Regulation and Reclamation (MLRR) program. The purpose of this contract is to provide highly specialized, part-time technical and regulatory support for Oregon’s consolidated permitting process for chemical process mining projects. These services require project-specific expertise in Oregon’s statutory and regulatory framework, as well as the ability to integrate immediately into ongoing, time-sensitive permitting efforts. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing technical and regulatory support for chemical process mining projects • Integrating into ongoing, time-sensitive permitting efforts • Meeting the Agency’s requirements and complying with all applicable regulatory requirements • Submitting written responses demonstrating the vendor’s capability to perform the work without delay
