The U.S. Army Research Laboratory is soliciting a quote for one LECO model AMH6 Automatic Hardness Tester System. The system should have a minimum of 108mm x 108mm automatic motorized stage, a load range of 1-2,000gf, and built-in motorized objective/indenter turret. It should also include various objectives lenses, advanced automatic image recognition measurement, and a USB 3.0 digital camera. The system will be used for Vickers and Knoop measurements. The delivery location is Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. • The system must have a fully automatic system with advanced automatic image recognition measurement. • The system must have sample trace functionality and multiple sample analysis and pattern analysis. • The system must have automatic pattern placement for edge recognition and spreadsheet-based reporting. • The system must be shipped to APG, MD 21005.
