The City of Fresno is seeking a qualified supplier to provide all lubricants required for its Fresno Area Express (FAX) transit‑bus fleet on a product‑only basis. The contractor will deliver engine oil, transmission fluid, and gear oil that meet OEM specifications, handle freight‑prepaid F.O.B. destination deliveries to the FAX Maintenance Facility, and provide all required documentation and spill‑response capabilities.
