These hubs will serve as the focal point through which the Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) layers pass through on mounted platforms. The hubs shall enable apps and data access to network and transport layers and facilitate communications with other mounted platforms as well as dismounts and other stationary locations.
• The solution should be COTS or NDI, with the ability to provide an integrated Software Defined Networking (SDN) solution.
• The solution should support various protocols, including Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol/User Datagram Protocol, Multicast.
• The solution should have communications or transport capabilities, such as radio frequency, integrated with the product.
• The solution should meet specific military standards, including MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461G.
• The solution should have a device interface for maintenance, configuration, and provisioning, with support for open standards.
