Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure services for custom onsite DIOM and Outward Leadership (OL) training sessions. The training sessions will be provided by The Arbinger Company, which is the original developer of DIOM training and the only source that can provide this specialized training. The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis, and the offeror must submit a quotation that includes all costs associated with the requirement, including shipping and freight to Dahlgren, VA. The offeror must also provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming that they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted.
• The contract will be for a period of 12 months from the date of award.
• The training sessions will be held onsite at NSWCDD in Dahlgren, VA.
• The offeror must provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty with its offer.
• The Government will inspect and accept or reject all supplies or services tendered for acceptance within 15 to 30 calendar days of delivery or completion of services.
