Description
The Charles County Public Schools are seeking architectural consulting services for future new school buildings, additions, feasibility studies, renovations, and related services. The selected firm will provide design work and other services as needed. The scope of services includes large architectural projects with construction values exceeding $5 million. The firm will be expected to follow a project from feasibility and concept stages through design and construction administration phases.
• The firm should submit a current U.S. Government Standard Form 330 along with a letter of interest, Maryland registration number, and other relevant information.
• The evaluation criteria include firm overview, approach to project management, project delivery, and high-performance design.
• The selected firm will be expected to provide a proposal to match the scope of services provided by the school system.
