Gwinnett County is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive pressure‑washing, clean‑and‑seal, and sculpture‑maintenance services for a wide array of county facilities on an annual basis, with the possibility of up to four one‑year extensions. The contract requires the ability to perform cold‑ and hot‑water pressure washing, chemical and abrasive cleaning, use of power‑man‑lifts up to 40 ft, and detailed reporting for each service call.
