Description
The City of Lynchburg is seeking bids for the replacement of the roof at Laurel Regional School. The project includes the replacement of approximately 86 squares of existing ballasted EPDM roofing over a lightweight concrete roof deck with a new rigid tapered insulation and a fully adhered TPO roof with a 20-year warranty. The project also includes the replacement of approximately 1 square of existing ballasted EPDM roofing over a reinforced concrete roof deck.
• The bid submission deadline is February 25, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• The project is expected to be completed within 57 calendar days.
• The bid documents and drawings can be viewed and downloaded from the City's website.
• Bidders must submit their bids online or by mail to the Procurement Division.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
