Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a requirement for M5 rifles on a sole source basis. The purpose of this amendment is to change the intended awardee from Colt's Manufacturing Company, LLC to authorized distributors of Colt M5 Rifles and specify that this is a brand name only requirement, with no substitutes being acceptable.
