Description
The City of Avalon is requesting proposals from qualified firms/licensed contractors to provide all labor, materials, services, and specialized skills for the roof modification and related scope located at 123 Pebbly Road, Avalon, CA 90704, and 99 Casino Way, Avalon, CA 90704. The project includes the Waste Water Treatment Plant Lab Roof Modification and the Casino Showers and RR Roof Remediation. The award of this contract is subject to available budget and the City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
• The project is subject to prevailing wages as identified in the State of California Labor Code.
• Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) to perform public work.
• A virtual non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting was held on May 29, 2026.
• Addenda have been published on the City's website.
• Proposals must be received by the City Clerk's office by June 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
