Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is issuing a renewal solicitation for Rubrik Enterprise Edition software and support services for its Gold Strike operation. The scope includes providing 30 units of Rubrik Enterprise Edition with Premium Support for a 12‑month term and a prepaid premium support contract for one R6000S‑2 hardware platform. Bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline, and the award will be announced within ten business days of bid opening. The contract will run from late October 2026 through late October 2027, and the successful vendor must comply with Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) requirements and may need to furnish bonding if the contract exceeds $100 K.
