Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract to Roche Diagnostic Corporation for the provision of ImmunoHistoChemical (IHC) and compatible Special Stain (SS) Reagents for Roche UltraPlus (IHC) and Ventana BenchMark (SS) Stainers at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC). The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four optional 12-month extension periods. The contractor will provide the necessary reagents, supplies, and maintenance services to support the diagnostic testing needs of the OBVAMC. Key responsibilities include providing fully automated slide staining instrumentation, proprietary bulk reagents, and ready-to-use antibodies, as well as performing installation, training, and maintenance services.
• The contractor must provide all necessary reagents and supplies to support the diagnostic testing needs of the OBVAMC.
• The contractor must perform installation, training, and maintenance services for the instrumentation.
• The contractor must provide 24/7 phone technical support for the instrumentation.
• The contractor must ensure that all products and services provided meet the requirements of the contract and are of high quality.
