The County of Shelby, Tennessee’s Department of Corrections is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive healthcare services—including medical, dental, and mental‑health care—to adult and juvenile inmates across multiple correctional facilities. The contract will replace the existing provider and must meet NCCHC, ACA, and state standards, incorporate a minimum staffing matrix, support a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, and make use of existing telehealth capabilities.
