The Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice is seeking a qualified vendor to provide consulting services for a rapid migration of approximately 350 desktops, laptops, and cellular phones from legacy management platforms to Microsoft SCCM and VMware Workspace ONE. The effort must be completed between May 1 2026 and June 30 2026, requiring an average throughput of 8‑10 devices per day across three City Hall Park locations, with consultants onsite five days a week. The work includes pre‑migration testing, pilot runs, data backup/restore for iPhones via iTunes, re‑enrollment of devices, and post‑migration validation. Two enterprise‑mobility consultants with extensive SCCM and Workspace ONE experience are required. The solicitation is limited to certified Minority‑ and Women‑Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) under a non‑competitive small‑purchase method, with a maximum award ceiling of $60,000.
