Holistic Health and Fitness Support

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide holistic health and fitness support to the 621st Contingency Response Wing (CRW). The contractor will be responsible for providing athletic training, functional strength, and mindfulness coaching to Airmen. The goal of the program is to increase readiness and lethality, optimal physical and non-physical performance, reduced injury rates, improved rehabilitation after injury, and increased mindfulness of the Airmen assigned to the Wing. The contractor will provide services at two locations: Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL) and Travis Air Force Base. • The contractor will provide HHF services to 1,400 Airmen. • The contractor will provide mission and physical specific training sessions on a regular basis. • The contractor will provide evidence-based HP programs tailored to the Contingency Response Wing mission sets. • The contractor will provide portable, mission-specific HP guidance to Airmen before deployments. • The contractor will support sustained readiness across diverse Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSCs) by designing HP solutions that reflect the varied demand of CRW career fields.
