NORTHERN PLANTATION KEY BOOSTER PUMP STATION UPGRADE PROJECT

The Village of Islamorada is seeking formal proposals from qualified proposers to provide construction services for the conversion of the existing North Plantation Key Wastewater Transfer Station into an In-Line Wastewater Booster Station. The project includes demolition, new facility construction, installation of pumps and electrical systems, temporary bypass pumping, sitework, permitting, and full system commissioning. • The project is located at 286 Gardenia St, Tavernier, FL 33070. • A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 11, 2026, and a mandatory site visit will be held on May 20, 2026. • Attendance at both meetings is required to submit a proposal. • The proposal submission deadline is June 17, 2026.
