Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified firm to supply, install, and commission a comprehensive technology upgrade for the first‑floor Marriage License Bureau in Clark County. The work includes installing lobby digital displays with mounting hardware, upgrading power and data wiring, and delivering a complete public‑address and customer‑notification system that meets ADA requirements. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, supervision, testing, and final verification of system performance.
• Provide and install height‑adjustable PC mounts, articulated display mounts, and structural backing.
• Install new power and data conduits, multi‑zone PA speakers, microphones, and counter hearing loops.
• Deliver a customer‑window notification system with visual and audible alerts at each service window.
• Perform all required wall modifications, patching, painting, and ensure full system testing and certification.
