Description
The Department of the Air Force is soliciting proposals for a Single-Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for multi-trade exterior facility sustainment at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana. The contractor will provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to execute the work, which includes masonry sustainment, exterior painting, and gutter repair. The contract term is one base year with up to four additional 365-day option periods.
• Masonry sustainment: brick replacement, tuckpointing, mortar joint repair, faux limestone concrete brick replacements, wall expansion joint repairs, and window perimeter caulking
• Exterior painting: surface preparation and paint/coatings application on exterior doors, window metal trim, overhead doors, metal panels, and miscellaneous exterior woodwork
• Gutter repair: cleaning, joint-sealing, patching, downspout additions/support brackets, releveling, and downspout raises
