Rebid - Pool of Vendors, Master Agreement to Provide Performance Life Coaching and Training

Texas A&M University is seeking bids to establish a pool of vendors for high-performance life coaching and training services. The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive suite of life coaching and training services, including workshops, individual coaching sessions, team development activities, assessments, and resource development. The services must comply with NCAA and FERPA regulations and Texas Senate Bill 17. The contract will be for one year with the option to renew for up to four additional years. • The vendor must have demonstrated expertise in high-performance coaching, mental wellness, leadership development, and life-skills training. • The vendor must have relevant professional certifications and a proven record of adherence to NCAA and FERPA guidelines. • The vendor must have experience designing and delivering services to diverse populations, particularly varsity athletes and coaching staff. • The vendor must have the capacity to provide services at the scale and frequency required by Texas A&M University. • The vendor must have the capacity to collaborate with university personnel and operate within Texas A&M University procurement and compliance frameworks.
