Description
The State of Michigan is seeking bids for the development of the Roscommon Shooting Range. The project includes mass earthwork, grading, carpentry, masonry, concrete paving, fencing, and site restoration work. The contractor will be required to construct an outdoor shooting range with masonry buildings and conventionally framed shooting structures. The bid must include a 5% bid guarantee, and a performance bond and payment bond are required for all bids over $50,000.

• The contractor must figure its base bid on the specified materials and equipment only.
• No "or equal" or substitution proposals will be permitted after bid opening, except as provided in the General Conditions.
