Forklift Training and Certification

The County of Fresno is seeking a vendor to provide forklift training and certification services. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for classroom training and hands-on operation of industrial lift trucks. The training must be consistent with the requirements of Title 8, Article 25, Sections 3650 and 3668 of the California Code of Regulations. The contractor will be expected to train on counterbalance high lift trucks and other equipment. The majority of the classes will be held at a County site within the Fresno metropolitan area, but there may be a need to train at other locations throughout Fresno County. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing forklift training and certification services to County employees • Ensuring training is consistent with California Code of Regulations • Training on various types of equipment, including counterbalance high lift trucks and reach rider trucks • Providing training at County sites and potentially other locations throughout Fresno County • Submitting a course outline and training materials with the quotation
