Gateway & Streetscape Transformation and Branding & Marketing in Downtown Waddington

The Village of Waddington is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide 1) Professional services to transform the Village’s gateway and streetscape along Main Street with improvements such as enhanced walkways, landscaping, attractive design elements and the creation of a gateway feature to establish a welcoming and distinctive pedestrian friendly downtown environment as well as 2) Develop a branding initiative that includes the development of a new village brand, and logo for future marketing materials to promote Downtown Waddington as a destination. This project is part of the municipality’s NY Forward funding administered through NYS Department of State (C1003050). EDIT: Amendment#1 details the addition of a third component, which is the NY Forward Small Project Fund. Amendment #2 is also being included for clarification and responses to questions.
