The Douglas County Board of Commissioners is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms or organizations to provide consultant services for a Regional Freight Planning Study. The study aims to identify potential providers for the Scope of Services for a Freight Cluster Planning Study. The selected firm will be responsible for providing consultant services for the project. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing consultant services for the Regional Freight Planning Study
• Conducting a Freight Cluster Planning Study
