Notice of Intent - Enhanced Law Enforcement Platform (ELEP)

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the Enhanced Law Enforcement Platform (ELEP). The contract will support the Operational Networks and Technology Unit's (ONTU) Legal Demand Services Program (LDSP). The FBI is seeking to renew the iconectiv ELEP service, which provides access to the Number Portability Administration Center (NPAC) database. Interested parties must respond to this notice by contacting the Contracting Officer via email only. • The contract is for a firm-fixed price. • The contract will support the Operational Networks and Technology Unit's (ONTU) Legal Demand Services Program (LDSP). • The FBI is seeking to renew the iconectiv ELEP service. • Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive government contracts.
