Description
The Yale Public School District is seeking bids for the design and fabrication of new outdoor lighting to be installed around the football field/track area. The project includes furnishing all materials, equipment, engineering, controls, and commissioning necessary to deliver a fully operational lighting system that meets performance, safety, and quality standards. The awarded vendor will be responsible for conducting site visits, supplying necessary materials, restoring the site to its original condition, and providing a comprehensive performance warranty.
• The lighting system must meet ANSI/IES RP-6 recommendations for the designated class of play.
• The project requires a 25-year parts warranty.
• Preference will be given to proposals utilizing products manufactured, fabricated, or assembled in the United States.
• The project must be completed by August 1, 2026.
• The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive omissions, irregularities, or clerical errors not affecting substantial compliance with the plans and specifications.
