The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a sole‑source vendor to provide brand‑name Knoll modular office furniture, associated fixtures, delivery, and installation for the Administration Area of Building 26 at Naval Support Activity‑Philadelphia. The work includes supplying at least sixteen 6’×6’ (or larger) hoteling cubicles with L‑shaped desks, task chairs, dual monitor arms, adjustable‑height desks, power distribution, and finishing consistent across the space. The contractor must develop a delivery and installation schedule, coordinate with the Government’s COR, secure the work area, and dispose of debris after completion. Delivery is required within 30 days of award; full installation must be completed within 120 days. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, one‑year performance period, with a total award amount TBD.
