Structural Firefighting Gloves

The City of Indianapolis and Marion County is seeking bids for structural firefighting gloves. The contract will be for a term of two years, with the option to renew. The City is looking for gloves that meet specific technical specifications, including those related to heat protection, moisture barrier, and grip. Bidders must submit their bids by April 30, 2026, at 10:00 am. The bid package must include a completed bid acknowledgement form, affidavit of non-collusion, and other required documents. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any of the terms and conditions and provisions contained in the Request for Bid (RFB) or other documents. • The City may award a contract to a vendor who submits the overall lowest, responsive, and responsible bid/quote; or it may split the award between two or more vendors. • The contract resulting from this bid/quote may be renewed beyond the expiration date by mutual agreement of the parties. • The City may terminate the resulting contract for cause or convenience at any time during the term of the contract, without penalty, upon ten (10) calendar day’s written notice to the vendor.
