Resident Transportation Services at Richmond State Supported Living Center (RSSLC)

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for resident transportation services at the Richmond State Supported Living Center (RSSLC). The contract will be for the provision of transportation services for residents of the RSSLC. The services will include transporting residents to and from various locations, including medical appointments, social events, and other activities. The contractor will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation, as well as ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and insured. • The contractor must have experience in providing transportation services to individuals with disabilities. • The contractor must have a good safety record and be able to provide proof of insurance. • The contractor must be able to provide vehicles that are accessible to individuals with disabilities. • The contractor must have a plan in place for emergency situations, such as a vehicle breakdown or a medical emergency. • The contractor must be able to provide transportation services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
