Description
The U.S. Army, Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), intends to award a firm-fixed price, sole-source supply contract for proprietary life-cycle replacement components for the C-Band Doppler Radar. The objective of this sole source award is to procure proprietary life-cycle replacement components from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Enterprise Electronics Corporation (EEC). The C-Band Doppler Radar provides unique, high-resolution meteorological data critical for WDTC flight tests, ballistic trials, and personnel safety.
• The contractor must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Enterprise Electronics Corporation (EEC), or a vendor expressly authorized in writing by EEC to supply the required C-Band Doppler Radar life-cycle replacement parts.
• The contractor must possess or have authorized access to the proprietary technical data packages (TDP), electrical specifications, and manufacturing drawings required to ensure the supplied components are 100% physically and electrically compatible with the existing WDTC radar.
• Capability statements shall not exceed five (8.5 x 11 inch) pages using a font size no smaller than 10-point.
