The work includes complete removal of all building elements, debris disposal, site grading, utility disconnections, safety barricades, and a two‑year warranty on the work. The contract is awarded on a sealed‑bid basis with a 5 % bid security and a 90‑day completion window, after which liquidated damages of $50 per day apply.
