Description
The City of Detroit’s Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking pre‑qualified demolition vendors to abate hazardous materials and demolish residential properties grouped under “14626 Greydale – Demo Only.” Vendors must submit a detailed price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signature page via the Oracle Supplier Portal by the October 13, 2026 deadline. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with the possibility of splitting groups among multiple vendors. Successful contractors must complete all demolition and abatement work within 120 calendar days of receiving a Notice to Proceed and provide required performance bonds, insurance, and compliance documentation.

• No permit costs may be included in the bid.
• Pre‑qualified vendors only; one bid per vendor; bids bind for 365 days.
