Description
The State of Vermont is seeking a contractor to provide a Vermont Lottery Player's Club solution that allows players to enter eligible non-winning tickets for promotional points, cash prizes, and merchandise. The solution should offer a rewards-based component and be compatible with all major operating systems and app stores. The contract period will be for a period of implementation plus three years with an option to renew for up to two additional twelve-month periods. The State anticipates the start date for such contract(s) will be 4/1/2026.
Key features of the solution include:
• A website portal with a rewards-based component
• Ability to enter eligible non-winning tickets via website manual barcode entry and mobile app scanning
• Compatibility with all major operating systems and app stores
• Provision of a new or improved service that allows all Vermont Lottery players to tie promotions, drawings, and digital games to both instant and draw tickets
• Full conduct of all Second Chance drawings
