Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to refurbish, repair, and paint the exterior maintenance building at the TKO VOR in Mankato, Kansas. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees, and supervision necessary to perform the work described in the attached Statement of Work, Specifications, Drawings, and other attachments posted to this RFP.
• The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) on the date established for receipt of offers.
• The contractor must complete and return the attached RFP, narrative, and work plan by the closing date.
• The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each Offeror's program eligibility.
• The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed-price type construction contract.
• The wage determination for this project is based on the prevailing wage rates in Kansas.
