Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is soliciting quotations for the repair of Audio Control Panels for HC-144 Aircraft. The solicitation is for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.201. The USCG requires the repair of six Audio Control Panels with Part Number AL23-3140-9MODVER3 and six Audio Control Panels with Part Number AL24-3370-9MODVER4. The contractor must provide proof of current FAA certification, or OEM, or Air Force approval, to provide the services specified by the Schedule. The repair must be accomplished in accordance with the latest revision of the OEM Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) and Statement of Work (SOW).
• The contractor must be able to obtain the required technical expertise, engineering data, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts required to successfully perform the required repairs.
• The contractor must provide pricing for the repair of the Audio Control Panels.
• The contractor must deliver the repaired Audio Control Panels to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, NC within 45 days after receipt of the order.
• The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) with each shipment.
