Turf Management Equipment

The State of Minnesota is seeking to establish contract(s) with contractor(s) to provide commercial, professional-grade turf management equipment, as well as training and/or training materials on their use, maintenance, and operation. The contractor(s) must be able to provide turf management equipment for orders at contracted rates to locations throughout the entire state of Minnesota. The contractor(s) must also provide adequate staff for customer service, order execution, order support, and overall contract management. • The term of this contract is anticipated to be from February 15, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months in increments determined by the State. • The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $100,000.00 to $6,500,000.00. • Examples of acceptable equipment include commercial riding mowers, slope mowers, radio-controlled mowers, commercial walk-behind and stand-on rotary mowers, garden tractors, hydro seeders, and athletic field maintenance equipment. • Unacceptable items include municipal tractors and attachments, ATV/UTV/LSV’s and attachments, mini-track loaders, agricultural-type tractors, aftermarket tractor, skid loader, and wheel loader attachments, hand tools, pressure washers, consumer-grade lawn mowers and/or tillers, and sprinkler/irrigation systems.
