9330--Acrovyn Handrail and End Cap

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Acrovyn handrails and end caps for the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System. The contractor must provide 10,000 feet of Acrovyn 4000 Woodgrain/Brushed Metal patterned handrail and 600 end caps. The handrail must be installed using a quick lock mounting system, and the contractor must comply with all applicable safety codes and building standards. The contract has a period of performance of 60 days, and the contractor must deliver all materials within that timeframe. • The contractor must be an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller for the proposed brand name or equal. • The contractor must submit an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM demonstrating its authorized status. • The contractor must provide all necessary tools and personal protective equipment to perform the work safely and effectively. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements regarding workers' health and safety. • The contractor must provide proof of workers' compensation and employee public liability insurance within 15 calendar days after notification of contract award.
