Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to exercise a sole source contract option for the maintenance of EPLINK software, which is currently used by the Cardiology service of the VA North Texas Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for providing an upgrade and maintenance for a newer version of the Windows operating system. The EPLINK software provides an HL7 interface cover for the EP recording system software LabSystem PRO HL7.
• The contract is for a period of one year, from 02/01/2026 to 01/31/2027.
• The contractor must be able to provide maintenance and support for the EPLINK software.
• The contract is being awarded under the Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as outlined in FAR 13.5.
• The contractor must be a certified installer for the North Texas area.
