Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Eastern Colorado Health Care System, is seeking information from potential vendors for the provision of surgical instruments. The required instruments include memory alloy construction, scanturian MIS platform, carbon-inlay jaws, super cut scissors, and scanshield shaft insulation. The contractor shall deliver all items listed in the statement of work, which includes 10 different types of surgical instruments. The purchase shall include an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty. The contractor shall deliver all equipment and supplies to the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center.
• The contractor must provide current operating and maintenance manuals.
• The contractor must include a compilation of all manufacturers' recommended maintenance schedules and operation materials.
• The contractor must deliver items in manufacturer's original sealed containers with manufacturer's name marked thereon.
• The contractor shall not have access to VA desktop computers, online resources, or protected patient health information.
