Description
The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a contractor to provide septic pumping services at Mount Diablo State Park and Benicia State Recreation Area. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials required to perform the work. The contract term is estimated to be from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2029.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing septic pumping services
• Furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary
• Completing work in accordance with plans and specifications
• Holding a valid Hazardous Substance Removal Certification license
• Partnering with certified Small Business (SB) or Microbusiness (MB) subcontractors for the 5% SB preference
• Complying with the DVBE Participation Requirement and DVBE Incentive Program
• Reporting DVBE participation commitment and actual dollars spent with each DVBE subcontractor
