Stamford Transportation Center TOD/Joint Development Project

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is seeking a private developer to undertake the Stamford Transit Oriented Development (TOD)/Joint Development Project at the Stamford Transportation Center (STC). The project involves the design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a multimodal transit facility integrated with Transit Oriented Development within the Project Site. The RFP focuses on the Proposer's approach to Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development using a Progressive Design Build (PDB) approach. • The project requires a design-build-finance-operate-maintain (DBFOM) approach. • The developer will be responsible for the delivery of a multimodal transit facility. • The project involves Transit Oriented Development within the Project Site. • The RFP requires the Proposer to present their relevant qualifications and potential approaches to the TOD/Joint Development project. • The project includes subsequent phases using a PDB/Finance, Operation, and Maintenance delivery.
