Description
The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a contractor to repair and commission Motor 2 at the Folsom Pumping Plant. The contractor will be responsible for picking up and transporting the motor, removing the exciter assembly, replacing the commutator, and conducting testing and inspection. The contractor must demonstrate experience with motor repair services and have the capability to complete all required tasks.
• The contract will be a firm fixed price service contract.
• The period of performance is 60 calendar days from the date of contract award.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations and standards, including OSHA and Reclamation Safety and Health Standards.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for all repairs performed, valid for 365 days from the date of installation or 720 run hours, whichever occurs first.
