Research and Survey Services

The Spokane Transit Authority is seeking a contractor to provide research and survey services for a three-year period. The contractor will be responsible for conducting multiple annual surveys, capturing survey results in a database, and providing database survey results in tables, charts, and other graphic visuals. The contractor will also prepare a summary report for each survey with detailed observations and a narrative Executive Summary Report. The surveys will include an employee survey, community perception survey, fixed route passenger survey, and paratransit passenger survey. • The contractor must have experience in conducting surveys and research studies. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed methodology for conducting the surveys. • The contractor must be able to provide a plan for data analysis and reporting. • The contractor must be able to provide a plan for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the survey results. • The contractor must be able to provide a plan for ensuring the confidentiality and security of the survey data.
