Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide Agilent service/maintenance agreement. The solicitation is open for bidding, and suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys to participate. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, and certificates of insurance. The State also reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
• Suppliers must submit responses electronically through Alabama Buys.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must not be engaged in the boycott of a person or an entity based in or doing business with a jurisdiction with which the State can enjoy open trade.
• The supplier must provide verification of enrollment in the E-Verify program prior to any award.
