Recurring Maintenance Services-Negative Pressure Fans

The Long Beach Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (LBVAHCS) is seeking to purchase Recurring Maintenance Services for Negative Pressure Fans. The contract period will be for one base year and four one-year option periods. The contractor will be required to perform semiannual preventative maintenance services, including inspection, changing filter media, lubrication, mechanical and electrical inspections. The contractor must also provide and install new pre-filter medias twice annually and HEPA filter medias annually for each exhaust fan. • The contractor will be required to provide all labor, parts, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform all work. • The contractor must schedule all maintenance services with the program point of contact. • The contractor's personnel must wear all OSHA and VHA regulated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • The contractor must ensure all work is done in a neat, orderly, and professional workmanlike manner. • The contractor will be required to write and complete a Performance Maintenance Service Report Sheet that will include photographs and create a folder for each unit that will include model, serial number, location, discrepancies if any, and the status of unit.
