Provision of Gardening Services at the U.S. Embassy Windhoek, Namibia

The U.S. Embassy Windhoek is seeking a contractor to provide gardening services for the embassy. The contract will be a firm fixed price type contract, and the Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The contractor will be required to furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work required by the contract. The contract contains certain ordering provisions by which the Contracting Officer or his/her representative may require additional amounts of service for special events.
