Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department is seeking bids for the renewal of Smartsheet licenses. The contract is for a one-year period, starting from June 5, 2026, to June 4, 2027. The scope of work includes the provision of Enterprise Plan Plus Premium Support Package and Dynamic View up to 500 configurations. Bidders must be authorized distributors or resellers of Smartsheet products. The bid must include a price sheet with the unit price and extended amount for each item.
• The bidder must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that they are authorized to offer the products.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• The bidder must provide evidence of insurance coverage as required by the County.
• The bidder must submit their bid online through the County's Vendor Self Service portal.
• The County reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contract at any time without penalty.
