The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Design/Bid/Build General Contractor for three maintenance projects at Weber Hall, Willard Hall, and Stearns East Hall. The projects include upgrades to mechanical, plumbing, lighting, and roofing systems, as well as preventative maintenance items and new university branding. The construction budgets for the projects are $1,650,000, $850,000, and $1,500,000, respectively. The successful contractor will be responsible for completing the projects during the summer of 2026. • The projects will require compliance with the State of Colorado's prevailing wage rate and the Buy Clean Colorado Act. • The contractor will be required to submit a bid bond and performance bond. • The contractor will be required to utilize the LCPTracker cloud-based labor compliance and certified payroll application. • The contractor will be required to provide payment and performance bonds not less than 50% of the value of the contract. • The contractor will be required to comply with the University of Colorado Boulder's supplement terms and conditions.
